Author Biography:Ray K. L. Su is an associate professor at the University of Hong Kong, and a fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and the Institution of Structural Engineers. Daniel T. W. Looi is a lecturer and course coordinator for the civil engineering programme at Swinburne University of Technology, Sarawak campus, Malaysia. Yanlong Zhang is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Hong Kong.
