Author Biography:Michael J. Fisher (LLB, MA, Barrister of Gray’s Inn) has taught contract law in England and Hong Kong for over 40 years. He is a former professional consultant in the Faculty of Law of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Desmond G. Greenwood (BSc, LLB, Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong, Legal Practitioner of Supreme Court of New South Wales) is a retired legal academic and practitioner. He is a former adjunct lecturer in law at the University of Hong Kong.
